Roberta Faceplant
Roberta Faceplant is a Philadelphia-based five-piece band that blends outlaw country, honky-tonk, Southern rock, and cowpunk with a distinctly urban edge. Fronted by singer and songwriter Katie Feeney, the group is known for its gritty guitar riffs, driving rhythms, soulful vocals, and irreverent, outspoken lyrics that mix humor with sharp social commentary. Their sound combines the storytelling traditions of classic country with the rebellious energy of punk and rock, creating music that is both rowdy and thoughtful. Their EP Brisket & Cigarettes showcases this distinctive style, tackling themes ranging from working-class life to addiction with wit, attitude, and raw authenticity.
