A documentary about a young man’s incredible journey to adulthood.
In 2005, I wanted to tell a story about my older brother, Dan, who has Down syndrome. The project was originally titled “The Year of Dan” because it would capture the crucial year in Dan’s life when he transitioned from high school into the workforce. The title proved to be inappropriate because at the end of that first year, Dan met a girl.
Check out Dan's blog which includes deleted scenes, comics, photos and more.
